تسري هذه السياسة على جميع الحجوزات التي تتم عبر موقع العميد.
1. تأكيد الحجز
لا يعتبر الحجز مؤكداً إلا بعد:
* إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.
* استلام رسالة تأكيد عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الرسائل النصية.

2. إلغاء الحجز
يجوز للعميل إلغاء الحجز وفقاً للشروط التالية:
* قبل موعد الاستلام بـ 48 ساعة أو أكثر: استرداد كامل للمبلغ.
* خلال أقل من 48 ساعة: قد يتم خصم رسوم إدارية.
* بعد موعد الاستلام: لا يحق المطالبة باسترداد قيمة الحجز.

3. عدم الحضور (No Show)
إذا لم يحضر العميل خلال الفترة المحددة للاستلام دون إخطار مسبق:
* يعتبر الحجز ملغياً.
* لا يحق المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم المدفوعة.

4. الاسترداد
تتم عمليات الاسترداد باستخدام نفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
قد تستغرق عملية إعادة المبلغ من 7 إلى 21 يوم عمل حسب البنك أو شركة البطاقة.

5. تعديل الحجز
يمكن تعديل:
* تاريخ الاستلام.
* تاريخ التسليم.
* نوع السيارة.
وذلك حسب التوافر وقد يترتب عليه فرق في السعر.

Reservations may be cancelled under the following conditions:
* 48 hours or more before pickup: Full refund.
* Less than 48 hours before pickup: Administrative fees may apply.
* After the scheduled pickup time: No refund.
Refunds are issued using the original payment method and may require 7–21 business days depending on the payment provider.

شروط تأجير السيارات

متطلبات التأجير
يجب على المستأجر:
* ألا يقل عمره عن 21 سنة.
* امتلاك رخصة قيادة سارية.
* تقديم بطاقة هوية أو جواز سفر.
* تقديم بطاقة ائتمان أو وسيلة ضمان معتمدة عند الحاجة.

استلام السيارة
يلتزم العميل بفحص السيارة عند الاستلام والإبلاغ عن أي ملاحظات.

إعادة السيارة
يجب إعادة السيارة:
* في الموعد المحدد.
* بنفس حالة الاستلام.
* بنفس مستوى الوقود إذا نص العقد على ذلك.

التأخير
قد يتم احتساب رسوم إضافية عند التأخير في إعادة السيارة.

الوقود
تعاد السيارة بنفس مستوى الوقود المستلمة به.
وفي حال المخالفة يتم احتساب قيمة الوقود بالإضافة إلى رسوم الخدمة.

المخالفات المرورية
يتحمل المستأجر جميع:
* المخالفات المرورية.
* رسوم الانتظار.
* رسوم السحب.
* الغرامات الحكومية.

الحوادث
في حال وقوع حادث يجب:
* إبلاغ الشرطة فوراً.
* التواصل مع العميد مباشرة.
* عدم إصلاح السيارة دون موافقة الشركة.

الاستخدام الممنوع
يحظر استخدام السيارة في:
* السباقات.
* نقل المواد الخطرة.
* تعليم القيادة.
* تأجير السيارة لطرف آخر.
* أي استخدام مخالف للقانون.

الأضرار
يكون المستأجر مسؤولاً عن أي ضرر ناتج عن:
* الإهمال.
* القيادة المتهورة.
